To start your journey, you will learn how to set up your Facial Exercise Strategy as you learn the Ways of the Facerobics Master.
You want to be successful, right? Do you know the key to success of Facerobics?
Consistency!
These activities are to be done every time during your week off between starting a new series. You need to do this EVERY SINGLE TIME!
How to set up your Series Facial Exercise Plan
First
Download and print your Facial Exercise Diary. You will find it under the green tab titled "Weekly Facial Exercise Diary" under Diary, Schematics & Notes in the Members Area.
Take pictures of yourself as per the directions in the diary and adhere them to the page provided in the diary. At the end of your series, you will take three pictures again at the same time, the same lighting and the same position.
This will give you insight as to the subtle changes that will have happened on your face over the 6 weeks of exercising. Use the second lot of pictures for your new pictures for Series 2 then take pictures of yourself again after 6 weeks of exercising and compare them. Do this for every Series you finish and begin.

Download and print the Muscles of the Face. You will find it under the blue tab "Facial & Body Schematics" on the Members Area page. You will use this along with your notes while you learn the exercise set for each series.
Next...
Download and print the Exercise notes for Series 1. You will find them under the purple tab, "S1-S6 Notes" on the Members Area page.
Learn the Exercise Set for Series 1
With your Muscles of the Face and Notes in front of you, go to Series 1 EAWMe Playlist on the Members Area page which is the first heading in the second row of the page.
As you watch one video a day, looking at the Muscles of the Face, determine what muscles are being exercised for each of the exercises. For example, the forehead exercise in Series 1 is exercising the Scalp and the Occipitalis. I will always communicate which muscles are being exercised in the video. Color the muscle on the Schematic. Do the same each day until you have colored each muscle that is being exercised for that exercise set.
Make notes on your own Exercise Notes pages regarding each exercise about things you discover about performing the exercises as you learn them.
By learning this practice immediately, you will apply it every time, a week before you are to start a new Series. You will learn that you will only need to focus on the exercise set ahead of you for the next 6 weeks.
It is so important that you do this as it literally reigns in your focus when you begin the Series. You will have a full understanding of what the exercises are supposed to achieve.
For the moment, learn the exercise set to Series 1 in the first week of being a Trainee, along side of the other activities before you during this week.
So, do you think you can do that every time you change to a new series? Commit to it and add this practice to your Toolbox for Success.
You will use your Diary to mark of every day the exercises you perform. Refer to the green tab, "Weekly Facial Exercise Diary" for further instructions on how to use the Diary.
