It is now time to set your Power Goal and Impact Goals.
Power Goals are the reason why you do what you do, this is your underlying motivation that you established during your Apprenticeship.
Impact Goals are the practical things you do to reach your Power Goal. Impact Goals are measurable, meaning, you set your goal for 6 weeks and at the end of the Series you measure whether you reached that goal or not.
Activity
Looking at the first activity you completed when you started your Facerobics Traineeship, which was finding your reason for joining, find the most important goal to you.
This will be your power goal, for the entire 6 Series you complete. You may be well into a series while you are setting these goals. Just set the goals, and begin working them where you are in a Series right now.
It could look something like (but not confined to):
"to feel better about the way I look"
"I want to feel more confident"
"I want to look younger"
"I want to take control of my aging"
"I want to slow down my aging"
"to age gracefully"
Make the heading "Power Goal", then choose the most important one from your list and write it under the heading.
Impact Goals
Next, set your Impact Goals.
Each series will have a different Impact Goal.
They would look something like (but not confined to) and will last the duration of one Series:
Series 1 - "to master the 5 principles"
Series 2 - "to learn to focus technique and learn how to focus"
Series 3 - "to learn and apply the mind-body connection"
Series 4 - "to follow the program exactly"
Series 5 - "to remain consistent"
Series 6 - "to attend more webinars"
You might notice that your Impact Goals are all subjects pertaining to Facerobics. Of course they are! They are what will move you closer to achieving your Power Goal.
Under your Power Goal, write the heading "Impact Goals" and list each goal that you have identified for each series.
When you start a new Series, come back to this list, and apply the impact goal you have chosen for that series.
I think you deserve a break now, you have done well!
