Lets work on crushing those Mind Tricks that we all have when it comes to procrastination, or making up "stories" about why we can't do something we are supposed to, or even paid money to do or our exercises.

You will be amazed at the amount of people who pay to join my membership site, who NEVER log in again. I mean NEVER EVER again. Incredible isn't it?

It truly confounds me. I find that these people are the ones that are the most critical of me because "I didn't help them, I didn't motivate them" or some other blame they wish to project on me as to why they did not succeed.

Instead of reaching out to me to let me know something might not be right with the site, or they don't understand something, they do this instead, "I have migraines", "your videos are too long", "you talk too much", "I don't have the time to sit and watch your videos", "you should put markers on your videos so I can skip to the exercise part", "you stole my money", "I want a refund", "I got nothing out of it and want a refund", "you treat us like unruly children", "it's too hard to log into your site", "the updates are confusing", "I don't know where to start",  "your site is too confusing", "make a more comprehensive site", "almost impossible to get on your site", "you don't send enough emails", "you send too many emails", "I am a busy person, I don't have time to do the exercises", oh, I love that one, like, I am not a busy person and why did they join in the first place I ask?

Instead of working their way through things, instead of reaching out or asking for help, they would prefer to "unload" their feelings so they feel better. I am sure that they just do not do this to me, in fact I know they don't. They live this way!

Shall I keep going?

All of this is just the noise as to why they could not do the exercises. Excuses as to why they did not succeed.

It is truly amazing, but, this is how people behave. They take no responsibility for their lack of growth or actions and rely on everyone else to do it for them.

Is this you? Are you one of those people that are going to blame me or someone else for not succeeding? Are you going to make up any excuse you can for not following the program, for not logging in even? Are you going to be that person that projects?

Write this phrase in your journal:

I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN ACTIONS, PERIOD!

Think about a time when you were triggered and you defaulted to your learned behavior? What did that feel like? Did you learn from it? Journal it.

After writing down your reaction, consider how your triggers could possibly default and impact on your relationship with your facial exercises and Facerobics and how you will change it. Journal it.

Every single time something or someone triggers you, you have the choice to allow that tape to play out, or to interrupt it and change the outcome. Remember > I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN ACTIONS, PERIOD!

Add it to your Toolbox for Success for your lifetime use.

Now enough of all that! It's time for some Face Healing!
